Whenever you provide any order information, we use SSL technology to make sure that it is encrypted, or scrambled, so that no one else can read it while it is being transmitted over the Internet.
All of the prices on MYURÂ website are in Singapore Dollar (SGD), however, the order total depends on the exchange rate at the time of placing the order.
All payments via PayPal and payments should be made within 1-3 days of purchase and will be shipped in 2-5 working days for ready products.

Unfortunately we are unable to help with technical issues relating directly to processing of card payments.
Therefore we would recommend using an alternative payment method such as PayPal, where you will also be able to register to pay using your debit or credit card.
For Singapore customer, you can do the payment via paylah or paynow system. You can contact us through Email, Facebook or Instagram.
Please note that when placing an order on our website the billing address should be the registered address for the debit or credit card used to pay at the checkout.
We recommend using the same shipping and billing address, however, if the order is a gift then it is possible to ship to an alternative address especially if the address is registered to your PayPal account.
Once your order is complete we will send you a confirmation email.
Product sold out
If a product you like has sold out then simply email us at email@example.com for further information.
Canceling and order
The process of all orders will take within 1-2 working days. If you would like to cancel your order, please email us immediately to enquire about the status of your order. If the order has been processed and shipped then MYURÂ will provide you with a refund or store credit once the product has been returned in the original packaging.

Changing an order
Unfortunately, we do not have changing order in our system. An order can be canceled as long as it has not yet been processed and a new order can then be placed via our online store.
All order will be shipped by DHL or SF Express, generally will take up to 10-30 working days to arrive (depends on destination and delay.)
All order will be shipped by Singapore Post Registered Mail and should be expected in 2-10 working days to arrive.
Please provide the correct address for us, MYURÂ will not resend the order in free if the address is incorrect. Buyer must pay another shipping fees for the resend order if the address provided is wrong. Therefore, MYURÂ is highly recommend buyer to check the address before we send it.
Shipping import fees / Custom charges
Please be advised that for deliveries outside Singapore, shipments can be subject to import fees and taxes which are due on arrival.
The customer is responsible for any customs duties, fees or tax. If you need any detailed information about these charges please contact your local customs office.

Buyer is responsible for returning the item undamaged within 15 days.
MYURÂ is just a small, independent leather design company, so receiving return goods or unused goods back in perfect condition and a timely fashion is crucial to our business.
If for some reason you are unsatisfied with your order, please email us at email@example.com within 3 days after received. And we will email you instructions on how to send back to us.
Please make sure your returned goods are new, unused and in the original condition. Please also include any dust bags or original tags and packaging within the parcel. Once the item has been returned and received by us, your refund will be issued.
Depend on the original payment, it may take up to 10 working days to see the refund on your PayPal account or credit card.
EXCEPTIONS: We'll not take any responsibility for any goods lost in transit and highly recommend you to use a traceable service when returning your order. If the package received is damaged we will contact you with photos of the damage so you can take the appropriate action with your shipping company.
Customers are responsible for all shipping fees, both the original and return. We do not provide refund if the package is hold by customs.
Please note that shipping costs and import fees are not refundable.
