How Do I Place An Order?​

Browse the site for items you are looking for and add items to your shopping cart. When you are ready, select the shopping cart icon and click the checkout button to continue your payment.
We do pre-order for items.Please kindly contact us via contact@myura.co for pre-order while stock last.

Pre-Order Policy

Payment has to be made and after payment has been verified. Goods will be send out within 30-90 working days. An email notification on goods delivery will be sent to you once the pre-order stock has arrived.

Tracking Your Order

Once your product is send out, you can track your order by the tacking number that MYURÂ provide.
DHL or SF Express comes with tracking as once the parcel arrives at your country, it is up to your local shipping vendor to update the portal on the status of the parcel.

Custom Duties \ Tax

Please be advised that for deliveries outside Singapore, shipments can be subject to import fees and taxes which are due on arrival. The customer is responsible for any customs duties, fees or tax.
If you need any detailed information about these charges please contact your local customs office.

Payment and Shipping

You must pay in full when you place an order. Once MYURÂ have confirmed your order, you are bound by it unless your ordered is not in stock. Subject to availability of stock. Rush orders are not accepted. You cannot cancel your order just because delivery is delayed.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING All order will be shipped by DHL or SF Express, generally will take up to 10- 30 working days to arrive. (depends on destination and delay.)

LOCAL SHIPPING All order will be shipped by Singapore Post Registered Mail and should be expected in 2-10 working days to arrive.

Returns & Refunds

Buyer is responsible for returning the item undamaged within 15 days.

MYURÂ is just a small, independent leather design company, so to receiving return goods or unused goods back in perfect condition and a timely fashion is crucial to our business.

If for some reason you are unsatisfied with your order, please email us at contact@myura.co within 2days after received. And we will email you instructions on how to send back to us.

Please make sure your returned goods are new, unused and in the original condition. Please also include any dust bags or original tags and packaging within the parcel.

Once the item has been returned and received by us, your refund will be issued.

Depend on the original payment, it may take up to 10 working days to see the refund on your PayPal account or credit card.
